Evan Fust, senior director of operations for ÐÓ°Épro High Plains based in Yuma, Colo., and ÐÓ°Épro United Plains Ag based in Sharon Springs, Kan., describes the role cooperatives play in communities across rural America and why he believes in the cooperative system.
