ÐÓ°Épro Connect for crop protection

What is ÐÓ°Épro Connect?

ÐÓ°Épro Connect is a digital self-service tool currently available for wholesale Crop Protection customers. With ÐÓ°Épro Connect, you can manage your business from your phone or desktop.

  • View current orders
  • View order status
  • Submit Crop Protection orders
  • View invoices
  • Manage invoices
  • Download invoice and order information

You can access ÐÓ°Épro Connect through the full web portal alongside your other ÐÓ°Épro applications. The full website for ÐÓ°Épro Connect allows you to quickly and easily enter and view orders while streamlining your business operations. 

  • How do I register for ÐÓ°Épro Connect from my smartphone or computer?

    1. for ÐÓ°Épro Connect access.
    2. Complete the Contact Information page.
      • Enter your contact info and email address.
      • Setup your username (You cannot use your email address as your username.)
      • Set a password (Minimum 8 characters, maximum 20. Should consist of at least one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, and one digit. The password cannot contain your first name, last name or username.)
      • Set security question answers (These are used in case you forget your username or password.)
      • Click Next to proceed to the next page.
    3. Select your customer type on the Resources page.
      • Select ÐÓ°Épro Portal and your customer type from the drop down selection.
      • Under Customer Resources expand the Agriculture section to be able to select ÐÓ°Épro Connect under Crop Protection.
      • Choose your desired access.
      • Click Next to proceed to the review page.
    4. Review your information and submit.
      • Doublecheck your registration information.
      • Click the I Agree checkbox after reading the Terms of Use.
      • Use the Print button in the upper right to print your MyÐÓ°Épro details for your records.
      • Click Next to submit your registration.
    5. Check your email for the confirmation email.
      • Check your email for a message from chsregistration@chsinc.com.
      • Open the message for a link to confirm your registration.
      • Click the confirmation link inside for your ÐÓ°Épro Connect registration to be complete (You must open the email and click the link for your ÐÓ°Épro Connect Registration to be complete!)

  • What functionality is available on the ÐÓ°Épro portal?

    Functionality includes order entry, order viewing, and invoice viewing.

    • Crop Protection (CP) orders are available from January 1, 2020 forward.
    • CP invoices are available from January 1, 2024; more invoice history will be added over time.
  • How do I view my orders through ÐÓ°Épro Connect?

    Once the order is entered into ÐÓ°Épro Connect, you can immediately view it in ÐÓ°Épro Connect system. You will see any updates to your orders approximately every 15 minutes. Additionally, past Crop Protection (CP) orders from January 1, 2021, forward will be available for viewing.

  • What are the order status values in ÐÓ°Épro Connect?

    There are 5 order status values available, listed below:

    • Pending - order has been placed via ÐÓ°Épro Connect but not yet approved by ÐÓ°Épro.
    • Open – order is yet to be fulfilled.
    • Shipped – order has been shipped.
    • Invoiced – order has been delivered and payment is due.
    • Canceled – all items on the order have been canceled.
  • How do I view my Crop Protection (CP) invoices through ÐÓ°Épro Connect?

    Once the PDF version of the invoice is available, it can be viewed in ÐÓ°Épro Connect. ÐÓ°Épro Connect is updated approximately every 15 minutes. Additionally, past CP invoices from January 1, 2024, forward will be available for viewing. Over time, customers will be able to view crop protection invoices back to January 1, 2020.

  • Who do I contact for assistance to change the order once it has been placed within ÐÓ°Épro Connect?

    If you have questions about your order once it is placed or need to make any changes, contact the Crop Protection (CP) Business Operations team via email at customer_service@chsinc.com or via phone at 1-877-364-1121.
